CONROE, TX — The City of Conroe has NO plans to shut water or any other city provided service off unless requested by the homeowners. Due to icing conditions and freezing temperatures some residents may experience low water pressure. The Public Works department is monitoring the situation closely and working to resolve the issue quickly. Customers should call the Public Works office immediately at 936-522-3885 if they notice a water leak. Our crews will respond as soon as possible.
