The winter weather has created some challenges for Montgomery County emergency officials who are now seeking new locations to serve as warming centers. A water outage forced the Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to shut down the Lone Star Convention Center as a warming center in Conroe on Tuesday night.
