This story will be updated as new information becomes available. The Woodlands Water Agency reported on social media it would reopen at 10 a.m. Feb. 17. The agency stated customers should call 281-850-9217 if they have a water emergency, and that the number shared on Feb. 16 was no longer being used. Officials said there were no widespread outages.
