Following a 10 a.m. mass on Saturday, the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in The Woodlands will be celebrating a ceremonial groundbreaking for the new chapel the church has been planning for several years. Construction on the site will not actually start for several weeks because the project has not yet received final approval from The Woodlands Township.
