At 15 degrees road conditions have not changed in Montgomery County. FM 1314 from 59 to SH 242 has excessive icing. FM 1313 from SH 242 to Loop 336 in Conroe is very dangerous with icing. Old Houston Road FM 2090 to FM 3083 is very bad, south to FM 1314 from SH 242 is patchy except in the curves just north of FM 1314. SH 242 bridge has been opened and closed several times due to heavy icing.
