Emergency mobile food markets are scheduled this week in Montgomery County for residents suffering from outages and hardship during a historic week of winter weather. The Montgomery County Food Bank will distribute food and water starting at noon Friday at the North Montgomery County Community Center at 600 Gerald Street in Willis.
