An early morning call to police in The Woodlands led to two Harris County men being charged for allegedly burglarizing vehicles. Richard Anthony Escobar, 32, of Pasadena, and Thomas Michael Mock III, 25, of Houston, are each charged with two counts of burglary of a vehicle, a Class A misdemeanor. Both are being held at the Montgomery County Jail, according to jail records.
