Canadian developer to launch 221-acre community in Magnolia

Empire Continental Land, the U.S. land division for Toronto-based Empire Communities, purchased 221 acres in Magnolia for its sixth development in the Houston area. The land, along FM 1488 and Iron Ore Road about 48 miles northwest of downtown Houston, was purchased from Hydie McAllister and Kareem Gamal of MAG Partners LLC. Jeff Lokey of NewQuest Properties represented the seller.
