The Woodlands Township lost long-time human resources director and manager Susan Welbes in mid-December and now the search is on to replace her. Nick Wolda, director of communications for The Woodlands, confirmed a temporary human resources manager has been retained to fill in until Welbes’ replacement is hired and begins work.
