A young lady has passed away after a single-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon. The crash happened at approximately 1:45 pm when the driver of a 2001 Jeep GRC was eastbound on Willis Waukegan when the vehicle left the roadway at Roda Drive striking a pole. North Montgomery County Fire and MCHD responded to the scene. She was in critical condition with CPR in progress. She was transported to Conroe Regional Hospital where she was pronounced deceased. A passenger suffered minor injuries. DPS is investigating. Additional details shortly.
