Just before midnight on Saturday a Splendora unit attempted to stop a vehicle that had no license plates. The male fled and a pursuit ensued. The driver started throwing items out of the vehicle near Patton Village as he continued southbound at approximately ninety miles per hour. The driver then exited FM 1485, went through the intersection, and turned into the Walmart parking lot where the felony stop was initiated. The male was arrested for evading arrest.
