Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a Monday morning fatal shooting of a man at a Magnolia subdivision. A man was damaging a vehicle on home property on the 26500 block of S. Carrol Lane and confronted a resident with what appeared to be a weapon in his hands, said sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Scott Spencer in a Monday afternoon Facebook livestream.
