The city of Montgomery is allowing a small lot of land to be annexed into a municipal utility district to move forward with the construction of a new housing development. The annexation of a roughly 3 acre property off Clepper Street was requested during the regular city council meeting this month by Hilliary Dumas to facilitate the MUD creation process, City Administrator Richard Tramm said.
