HOOPS ROUNDUP: Magnolia’s Huetter reaches milestone; New Caney girls win big

Gabrielle Huetter reached 1,000 career points as Magnolia lost 63-56 to College Station on Tuesday in District 19-5A play. Huetter led the Bulldogs (7-11, 3-3) with 28 points and added five steals. Brynn Botkin had 11 rebounds and eight points. Jade Bubke scored eight points, and Claire McCusker scored five points and had six rebounds.
