Grand Central Park, a community of Johnson Development Corp. in Conroe, opened a new section planned for 148 homes near the upcoming Lake House amenity complex. The expansion in the Central Village area comes as home sales in Grand Central Park rose by 93 percent in 2020 to 205. The sales were up from 106 in 2019 and the highest since opening in 2016, according to the developer.
