The East Montgomery County Industrial Park is expanding thanks to the Conroe City Council’s green light to annex 195 acres into the park’s municipal utility district. The council approved the annexation for East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 3 during its regular meeting Thursday. The park is located near FM 1485 and Gene Campbell Road.
