Conroe Independent School District staff will receive a one-time stipend in February after trustees approved the payment. Part-time staff will be given $250 while full-time staff will be given $500. In total, the district estimates that the stipends will cost $4.05 million. The money for the stipends will come from the same funding source as employee’s annual salary.
