The newly completed south bridge at the Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park was dedicated in honor of Sgt. Luther Dorsey on Veterans Day, Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020, in Conroe. Dorsey, who served in the 10th Cavalry of the United States Army from 1873 to 1878, is the only known Buffalo Solider in Montgomery County.
