Police investigating possible fatal shooting outside Shenandoah City Hall

Law enforcement is investigating an apparent fatal shooting that took place Monday in the Shenandoah City Hall parking lot. “We are good. No harm to city employees or residents,” said Shenandoah City Administrator Kathie Reyer in an email. “The incident involved two cars that entered the city parking lot. Police are investigating.”
