On Tuesday, November 17, 2020, in the 435th District Court with Judge Patty Maginnis presiding, Leticia Lowery pled to the maximum sentence of twenty years in prison on the second-degree felony charge of Sexual Assault of a Child along with twenty years in prison for the first-degree felony charge of Sexual Performance by a Child.
