Montgomery may soon have more scoops of ice cream available in its historic downtown district. Montgomery business owner Bill Clevenger, who recently challenged Mayor Sara Countryman for her seat, appeared at the virtual city council meeting on Tuesday with an exception to a platting requirement to move forward with a new endeavor.
