When booking an appointment, insured customers will upload their insurance card to the appointment scheduler online. THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (November 24, 2020) – As part of the no-cost COVID-19 testing offered by Curative, Inc., at The Woodlands Township, customers are now asked to submit their insurance information when scheduling a test. Testing is still offered at no cost to the patient. Customers without insurance will still be tested at no personal cost using coverage from the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) Act.
