Girls athlete of the week: Faith Lynch, Magnolia

Notable: Magnolia secured the outright District 19-5A title and the No. 1 seed for the playoffs with a four-set win over A&M Consolidated. Lynch, a Baylor commitment, collected 34 assists and 13 digs in the win. Magnolia is a district champion for the first time since 2012 and playoff-bound for the first time since 2016.
