The Conroe Noon Lions Club continued our in-person meetings for our weekly Wednesday luncheon. It is a real joy to see everyone’s smiling faces!. President Ralph Perez called the meeting to order, followed by the pledge, invocation, and the singing of “Smile!” We were blessed to again have several guests and prospective members attend. Four door prizes were given out, which included Lone Survivor Foundation coffee mugs and T-shirts from Lion Connie McNabb, the book “One Small Cog” from Lion Jane Johnson and a delicious pan of homemade brownies from Lion Virginia Clement. If you are ever fortunate enough to receive Ms. Virginia’s brownies, be warned, you will gain a table full of new friends! This week’s Community Partner Spotlight is DPR Construction.
