At 5:15 a.m. a concrete truck rolled over on the I-45 northbound feeder between Research and SH 242 closing the feeder. Milstead Heavy Duty is working at this time to right the truck. Hazmat International is working to remove the fluids and debris. Expect at least another hour closure. The driver who was trapped has been transported to the hospital.
