A young man in a horse barn off Old Houston Road stepped on a pitchfork which went through his barefoot. MCHD and Grangerland Fire Department responded to the scene and requested Life Flight. The handle was cut off the pitchfork and the pitchfork was sent with the teen to Memorial Herman Hospital in Houston to be removed.
