Thursday evening Conroe Police responded to a domestic disturbance at the Lakes of Westview Apartments. When they arrived they learned a female had been assaulted. The person who assaulted her was thought to still be in the apartment. Due to it being a felony charge and him not responding it was determined to active SWAT. SWAT responded to the scene and after a short period of time determined the suspect was not inside the apartment.
