Earlier today, an Attempt to Locate was dispatched at US Highway 59/Wilshire. Splendora officers along with Patton Village PD spotted the vehicle at US Highway 59 and East River. When officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the driver failed to stop, leading officers on a slow speed pursuit into Cleveland. Officers were able to get the driver to finally stop at the 105 bypass. DPS Trooper took primary on the call due to the driver crashing into a state roadway sign prior to our city. The driver was arrested and charged for his 10th DWI. He transported to Montgomery County Jail.
