A City of Splendora Police Department Day Shift unit observed a vehicle speeding in a posted 65 MPH zone. The driver was identified as Manuel Castor- Mireles. Montgomery County Dispatch showed a Warrant for Bond Forfeiture Driving While Intoxicated. Manuel was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. TRAFFIC STOP LANDS…
