October 9, 2020 (Todd Mission, TX) – A fire was reported at the Texas Renaissance Festival at approximately 2:30 p.m. on October 9 and has been extinguished. Todd Mission, Plantersville/Stoneham, Whitehall, Tri-County, Rolling Hills, Montgomery, Waller County, Navasota, and Magnolia Volunteer Fire Departments responded to control the fire in addition to TRF staff on site. Three booths (#63, #64, #65) were lost, and two booths were damaged but saved near the Polish Pub area of the festival.
