VOLLEYBALL: Splendora dominates Vidor in non-district finale

SPLENDORA — In its final dress rehearsal before District 21-4A play begins, Splendora proved it was ready for the more meaningful matches. The Ladycats put together significant runs in each set on their way to a 25-11, 25-14, 25-16 sweep of Vidor at home Friday to wrap up non-district play. Splendora will ride a six-match winning streak into Tuesday’s District 21-4A opener.
