New Caney running back Kedrick Reescano received 16 carries against Marshall in the Eagles’ season opener Friday night, and he made the most of those opportunities. The sophomore piled up a team-high 166 yards and scored three times during the 34-26 non-district road loss. He finished the night with an average of 10.4 yards per carry and reached the end zone on runs of 8, 49 and 38 yards, respectively.
