Texas ChalleNGe Academy is pleased to announce Kinsey J. Frazier as Cadet of the Week for the eighth week of Class 2020-1. Frazier was selected as cadet of the week for demonstrating resilience and perseverance amongst her fellow cadets, since the beginning of the program. She is learning to become self-accountable and demonstrates excellent leadership qualities.
