The Fifth Annual Boots for Troops Concert in the Country is set for Oct. 17 to help provide active service members care packages and a plane ticket home for the holidays. “The organization and mission is to raise morale of our active duty troops, to keep their spirits high and give the American people an opportunity to show their appreciation for their sacrifices,” said Jimmy Rogers, Boots for Troops founder and U.S. Navy veteran.
