Sunday afternoon Conroe Police responded to a major accident involving a U-Haul truck and a pickup truck on I-45 southbound just south of Loop 336 South. The crash caused the U-Haul truck to straddle the concrete wall between the northbound and southbound lanes. May motorists traveling northbound thought the truck was coming onto them over the wall. There were minor injuries. Miller Wrecker Service was called in to remove the truck. Crews had to remove fuel from the tanks and clear the freeway of lost oil.
