The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival announced for the 15th anniversary of the festival, this year’s event will be held for free online from Oct. 17-18. According to a press release from The Woodlands Arts Council, visitors will have the opportunity to engage for free with artists in their online booths from the comfort of their homes. The online venue will bring musical performances, hands-on children’s activities, and informative artists panels and video interviews up close and personal.
