Project will provide 34,000 free smart water meters for The Woodlands residents over 18 months

The Woodlands Water Agency has announced that an 18-month project to install smart meters for around 34,000 businesses and residents will begin the week of Aug. 24. According to a press release from The Woodlands Water Agency, the free upgrade will enable customers to better control and understand water usage and monthly bills.
