Just after 8pm crews were dispatched to Willowbend Road in Walden. It was reported a 39-year-old male jumped into the water and did not surface. Montgomery Firefighters were first on scene and immediately put two firefighters in the water. North Montgomery County Fireboat responded as did Montgomery County Precinct 1 Lake Patrol. Within 30 minutes the victim was recovered near where he went down. MCHD Medics pronounced the victim deceased. Additional details shortly.
