Conroe ISD cancels classes Friday due to power outages

CONROE, Texas — Conroe ISD has cancelled classes for Friday, Aug. 28 due to the possibility of continued power outages and internet instability in Montgomery County. The district said remote/online instruction would resume on Monday, Aug. 31. PPCD, pre-K, kindergarten, and first-grade students will also resume in-person learning on Monday.
