At his final meeting, retiring Woodlands general manager lauded with praise

One thing was clear on Wednesday night during The Woodlands Township Board of Directors meeting — the accomplishments and contributions of long-time township President and General Manager Don Norrell are appreciated, cherished and his legacy of leadership was inspirational to many in the community and inside the offices on Technology Forest Boulevard.
